As a professional speaker, she is known for consistently delivering a WOW experience and has presented to over 1,000 top businesses and organizations across the US and Canada. Through her presentations she helps organizations cut through generational biases so they can leverage their team’s full potential, enrich their work environment, and ultimately drive better results.
Before Becoming a Speaker
Early in her career, Karen worked for Ralph Lauren and The Limited, two of the world’s most famous fashion brands where she got a crash course in the power of branding. At age 28, she took what she had learned and opened her first retail clothing store in Houston, Texas.
Consulting & Speaking
After selling her business in 1997, Karen became a branding consultant where she energized business owners and executives to approach their work and their life with a fresh, new attitude. As her consulting business evolved, she set my sights on living her dream as a paid professional speaker.
Karen built on everything she had learned during her days in retail and consulting to create keynotes that deliver excellence, and a WOW experience.
