Connecting Women  Across the Generations

Embracing the Generational Achievements of Women

This keynote looks at the generational trends shaping our future and what they tell us about our workplace. The key to understanding and leveraging these generational trends is recognizing that it's not about "out with the old, in with the new."

Keynotes > Connecting Women Across the Generations

Every Generation Brings Value to the Workplace.

This program is a story about building a shared culture based on: inclusivity, trust, and mutual respect. It inspires women to break down the generational barriers and encourages the audience to:

  • Give and Receive Mentoring: This support can be crucial in helping women navigate the complexities of the workplace and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
  • Grow Networks: Women who support other women help build strong networks of professional contacts and new opportunities that open doors.
  • Break Down Barriers: Women who help other women can work together to break down barriers to women's success in the workplace, such as gender bias and discrimination.
  • Creating a Sense of Community: Women who support other women can create a sense of community and belonging by providing emotional support, encouragement, and a shared sense of purpose.

Connecting Women Across the Generations

With five generations in the work and marketplace (Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z) and women making up 46.6% of the workforce, it's time to embrace and honor the generational achievements of women.

Throughout the presentation, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the unique perspectives and needs of women at different stages of life and discover how you can support and empower one another to achieve your personal and professional goals.
