Today I am knee deep in collaboration working with a team of individuals that are almost 30 years younger than me and I am learning to value and respect different ways of thinking, different work styles and the different skill sets that are being brought into the projects we are all so passionate about. I am learning and reminded almost every day that we would not be able to complete the cool projects we are working on without the using both sides of our brains. While we all want to be big pictured and creative… without the left-brainers keeping us on task and focused you might never get to see what we our producing because we might never get it done!
