My job requires a ton of energy. The best way to keep my energy level optimum is through daily laughter, exercise and dance. I get all three with my Jazzercise class. I have been Jazzercising with Jane Luco, in the Houston Heights, area for over 10 years! A friend back in 2000 suggested that I try this exercise/dance class because the instructor, Jane , was really totally fun and engaging. I have been going to class 3 – 5 times a week ever since. After all if it’s good enough for Cheryl Burk, it works for me! Continue reading

Professional speakers know the value of fun. We all know that laughter opens people’s minds and learning occurs much faster when people are having fun. Gen X and Gen Y know the value in having fun. Innovation and creativity soars when people are laughing and having fun. Researcher’s know the value of having fun-research at California State University Long Beach showed that people who have fun at work are more creative, more productive, work better with others and call in sick less often.
